Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve is a nature reserve in the Cayo District of southern central Belize. It was established in 1944 to protect and manage the native pine forest. domain information . Its boundaries are poorly defined, but it is estimated to cover an area of 106,352.5 acres (430 km²).
We are located only 8 miles from San Ignacio. Pick up can be arranged. If you are in your own vehicle, go to the transport department in Santa Elena where you will then go on the Cristo Rey Road. This is the road that takes you to the Mountain Pine Ridge. On the Cristo Rey Road you will travel 6 miles (you will pass through the village of Cristo Rey). You will see Mile Marker 6 on your right. . Here you will also see our sign—Inn The Bush. Please continue 2 miles in to our bush paradise. Come Visit Us.
